Set Pace wins 'Best Short Documentary' at London Breeze Film Festival

Last month, Set Pace was awarded 'Best Short Documentary' at the 10th edition of London Breeze Film Festival.

Established in 2016, the London Breeze Film Festival showcases emerging filmmakers from around the UK, with a mission of growing the next generation's filmmakers through their community programmes.

Set Pace was released earlier this year as a part of TNT Sports' Reframe the Game that highlights women in sports across Football, Rugby and Motorsports. Directed by Daisy Ifama, the documentary delves into Carol's journey as the first black female motorsports official in Britain, showing her achievements and the behind-the-scenes of Next Racing Generation.

The recognition from the London Breeze Film Festival marks a milestone for the documentary, allowing for underrepresented stories in the motorsports industry to be told. With increased visibility and momentum, the team hopes that the documentary inspires more young people, especially those who rarely see themselves reflected in motorsport, to get get involved and explore new opportunities.
