Our Motorsport Journey
Next Racing Generation Academy was founded to create meaningful pathways into motorsport for underrepresented communities. We aim to inspire, educate and equip the next wave of drivers, engineers, media professionals and industry leaders.
At the heart of this mission is Carol Glenn, the UK’s first Black female motorsport official. She is a trailblazer with decades of experience and a deep commitment to opening doors for others. What began with her own passion for racing has grown into a platform that champions inclusion and changes lives.
This is just the beginning of our story.
SET PACE, follows Carol Glenn, Britain’s first Black female motorsport official, on her journey as she launches her own race team. Directed by Daisy Ifama, this film captures Carol’s trailblazing spirit and her role in transforming motorsport from the ground up.
